g. We will also develop a sponsor support system
that gives immediate notification of major developments, events, victories,
press coverage, statistics, etc.
h. Your Public Relations Department or PR Firm
will receive a wealth of material, information, themes, and ideas
that will help them gain exposure and publicity.
-Existing customers will have a new point of
focus as they watch your series or read about it in the newspaper
or listen on the radio.
-New or potential new customers will look at
you more favorably. It is an axiom in racing that "all things being
equal, the race fan will do business with the company that supports
racing."
-Your local community will also develop a stronger
focus on your company.
-Your advertising will receive a significant
boost by being able to relate with an actual race series whose cars
routinely travel above 150 miles per hour. In addition, the impressions
generated at the track and on the team transporters while in transit
means your company will obtain many additional exposures. You can
gain thousands of new impressions for your company or product logos
for a fraction of the cost of other signage.
i. In-store promotions, show cars, driver appearances
can all be tied to racing events for the benefit of your company. You
can develop promotional periods that take place at each race within
the community surrounding the race event. You gain walk-in traffic at
retail locations by intelligently timing your activities around the
sporting events. k. You also obtain the
right to develop and produce racing merchandise for retail or private
sale. This merchandise agreement will be in effect for the entire period
of the Title Sponsorship. l. The Title
Sponsor will obtain the right to use the series name and logo, provided
such use is approved by the series beforehand. This usage will apply
for the duration of the agreement. 2.
Title Sponsor will obtain the right to a designated number of personal
appearances by star UMARA drivers as part of the Partnership Agreement.
These personal appearances can be negotiated and would be dependent
on the Title Sponsor's needs and the availability of the driver/s. The
Marketing Partner agrees to reimburse the driver/s for any out of pocket
expenses whenever travel is involved. Additional appearances outside
the Partnership Agreement can be obtained for a fee to be agreed upon
during negotiations.
