NCMC Fund Raising and Sponsorship Calling Campaign Services

There are two problems that many teams and companies encounter in their fund raising activities:

Time

When you are busy running your business, making management decisions, paying bills, etc., you often don’t have time to do the one thing that will ensure you will be operating next year; and that is sponsor search.

Also, you may not have enough information to be able to select the right companies to pursue.

So what is the solution?  You need a calling service to known sponsors from a huge database that lists the decision makers.  This will save you the time and expense of searching for them through other traditional means such as lead services that provide you with general leads that may or may not be interested in your proposition.

Professional Presentation

We don’t believe in just sending out a bunch of proposals.  You need a targeted campaign that will search for companies that are receptive to your offerings.  Our database includes known sponsors with marketing and sponsorship decision makers.  Our calling campaigns are inexpensive compared to the cost of having a marketing manager on staff.  And our experienced marketing people have proven they can perform. 

The program we are suggesting would enhance your ability to develop marketing partnerships with companies that seek to reach the market place in the USA.  We propose a process that may lead to the acquisition of that support and development of business relationships on behalf of your company. Our contract calling service includes the following:

1) Consultation services, conference calls and strategy discussion

2) Sponsor calling program $3.50 per call rated on an hourly basis at $35.00 per hour.

3) Proposal mailing. (We will need to reduce the size of the proposal to include only critical information to reduce printing costs).  Note: due to the immediacy of your need for sponsorship, we will seek to email and/or fax as many proposals as possible in which case the charge will be the same as for a single call as in 2) above.  In other cases, we may need to expedite proposal delivery through a courier which will necessitate a larger shipping fee.  We will estimate a retainer for proposal shipping based upon the number of hours you request.  Printing of each proposal will also be taken from this retainer at a rate of about $7.50 per proposal to be shipped.

4) Follow up calls to identify companies that would like to discuss the opportunity further.  Price is same as in 2) above.

5) Emailing to our database of about 2000 companies and marketing firms $175.00.

  1. We will send you a contract for services to read over and sign.
  2. We will establish a retainer for your calling efforts.

  4. We will work with you to develop a clear strategy for our calling efforts, what kind of companies we will target and where they will be located
  5. We will develop a target list of companies along with some of their sponsorship history for you to approve.  You can remove companies you’ve already pitched to or add companies that you’d like to see on the list
  6. We will send you a regular progress report on leads with recommendations for adjustments in our approach as new information is gained.

We will turn over all leads to you with contact information, proposal submission procedures and additional helpful information as the leads are developed. We can even help you meet with the customer if you would like to give a presentation and discuss the sponsorship agreement.
