We are available nearly 24/7 to
help answer questions, define “next steps” and help you decide how to
approach all issues as they come up. We can assist with presentations
and negotiations as well as consult on legal issues. Price is part of
package. These prices do not include incidental expenses for travel,
hotels and meals which will be billed to the client at cost through an
expense account and expense retainer.

We will actively solicit potential
sponsors, work with you to define best strategies, identify best
targets and actively pursue relations development. Price is part of
package. These prices do not include incidental expenses for travel,
hotels and meals which will be billed to the client at cost through an
expense account and expense retainer.
Sponsorship Meeting Assistance
Services
We will accompany you, if you
desire, in meetings with potential sponsors, work with you to define
best strategies for meetings and help define “next steps.” Price is

Trade Show Representation
Services
We will work with you to define
which trade shows you or we will attend and develop a strategy for the
trade show and help you implement the plan. Price is based on number
of days for the show, travel, hotel and incidentals and will be
determined once we know the strategy for each show. Retainer will be
established at that time.
Local Sponsorship Blitz Program
We can come to your community and
plan to visit companies in the surrounding area and accompany you to
any meetings we are able to set up. Price is based on number of days
for the service, travel, hotel and incidentals and will be determined
once we know the strategy for each show and the number of days
required. Retainer will be established at that time.

sponsorship offerings, organize them and help you price each

hospitality that your sponsors require. We can develop project plans,
budget requirements and project schedules. Prices developed on a
project by project basis.

Packages and Prices
After you select your menu items
from above, we will develop a price structure and a payment schedule.
Packages will be based on your selection of time periods for our
services. Sponsor deals often take a significant amount of time in
terms of duration between first contact and sponsorship agreement. We
suggest that your initial package be at least 6 months in duration
which gives us enough time evaluate your prospects. Package selection
will be broken thusly:

5 years
During period, you agree that NCMC
will be involved in assisting in all of your sponsorship needs. We
will be available for all services you select and help you in any way
you need. If you are on a budget, we can set up a pre-determined
payment program.
