sponsorship agreements, our services may be able to help you. If you
have access to large numbers of fans at the track or arena, good media
coverage and a strong competitive position, we can help you reach the
right people who are looking to leverage what you bring to the market
place.
Our Sponsorship Acquisition
Service will help you outsource sponsor search and marketing services
for a set period of time. The program we are suggesting would enhance
your ability to develop marketing partnerships with companies that
would enhance your income opportunities.
This proposal seeks to address the
need of IGY Technologies LLC to obtain sponsorships for a race team.
We will propose a process whose goal is the acquisition of business
relationships with corporations. Toward this purpose, we will provide
services that include the following:
1. Sponsorship Acquisition
Services
Sponsorship Acquisition Services
will focus on contacting viable companies to solicit sponsorship and
other opportunities. We will work with you to define best strategies,
identify best targets and actively pursue relationships with potential
sponsors. We will actively pursue sponsors, negotiate, strategize
and consult on contracts (We suggest that all contracts be reviewed by
a lawyer). Attending prices do not include incidental expenses for
travel, hotels and meals which will be billed to the client at cost
through an expense retainer as needed.
Our rates for engaging in this
service will be deducted from a retainer. They include an hourly rate
of $10.00 per hour. Additionally, we will charge a 10% commission for
any income that we participate in bringing which includes sponsorship
income and endorsements if any.
Proposal mailing. We charge $10.00
for each proposal mailed which includes printing, envelope, labeling
and postage.
Follow up calls to identify
companies that would like to discuss the opportunity further. Price
is same as in 2) above.
Based upon estimated time
necessary to complete this service, we will charge $1000.00 per month
for this service payable 1 month in advance. Any amount left over
will be applied to the next month’s activity. Additional services
include:

Consulting Services
We are
available nearly 24/7 to help answer questions, define “next steps”
and help you decide how to approach all issues as they come up. We
can assist with presentations and negotiations as well as consult on
legal issues. Price is part of package. These prices do not include
incidental expenses for travel, hotels and meals which will be billed
to the client at cost through an expense account and expense retainer.

Sponsorship Meeting Assistance Services
We will
accompany you, if you desire, in meetings with potential sponsors,
work with you to define best strategies for meetings and help define
“next steps.” Price is part of package. These prices do not include
incidental expenses for travel, hotels and meals which will be billed
to the client at cost through an expense account and expense
retainer.

Trade Show Representation Services
We will
work with you to define which trade shows we will attend and develop a
strategy for the trade show and help you implement the plan. Costs
are deducted from the travel expense retainer and are based on number
of days for the show, travel, hotel and incidentals and will be
determined.
Advertise on our Website
Our sponsor ops page (www.sponsorship123.com/sponsorshipopportunities.htm)
lists our clients equally in a way that promotes their best features
and provides an opportunity to request additional information. This
page is carefully promoted through Google Adwords and other online
sites. Advertising packages are priced in ranges from 1 month,
quarterly, semi-annually and annually.

Busy people just don’t have enough

postings by setting up a personal twitter program for you. Our
service includes:

Keep in mind, that we may offer some advertising
opportunities that might require payment of advertising fees to third
parties. So you'd have to decide if you wanted to spend the
additional money for it. We should hold a conference call with you to
get any ideas you have for the project as well.
Here’s how it works.
Step 1. We will jointly hold a
conference call where we will discuss the following areas:

goals
- Your communications needs
- Sample Twits
- Guidelines for posting
- Frequency of postings
- Promoting your websites
Step 2. If you have new ideas or
special ‘tweets’ you can enter them yourself or email them to us for
immediate release.
Step 3. You can call us at any
time to establish a new strategy or to promote something new.
Price: $1.40 per Twit paid by a

Proposal Mailings
If you have a list of companies to
which you’d like to have proposals or brochures mailed, we can handle
the mailing. You can provide the list to us in Excel format or in any
format that is exportable and we can create the labels, print the
documents and post the items for you. Average price is $10.00 per
proposal depending on the size and weight of the document. Inquire
about pricing.
Mailing Lists for Sale by
Category
We maintain a database of over
6,000 known companies. We can sell leads by company category, zip
code, city and state. You can also request a list that includes phone
numbers. Price per name is $2.00. You can have the names sent to you
in Excel, csv, document or on mailing labels. Guarantee: for every
return address or phone number found to have changed, we will replace
it with two addresses or phone numbers.
