Question #1
Will participating teams and leagues have to coordinate
through your organization to obtain access to the
sponsorships?
Yes. They would fill
out an application form and indicate the programs in which
they would like to participate. We would then inform the
organization (you folks) of the desire of the team to
participate and give you a profile of the team so you can
make a decision. If you select the team, we would then
send them your contract for you and them to sign.
As new programs are
added, each team will be informed of the additional
programs by email so they can decide whether they are
interested in joining. If this program is with another
sponsor, you may also have the opportunity to add this
program to your team offerings through our system in
cooperation with the other sponsor.
Question #2
Can this system be setup to where our sponsor company
deals direct with our own clients and we then contract to
you for sponsorship services?
If you have a broader
program for sponsorship selection and want to assign only
certain programs to us on a non-exclusive basis, we would
work with you on that basis. If you intend to offer other
products and services to each team outside of our
agreement that is fine but it does minimize the value of
the original offer since we would not promote those
additional offerings for you unless you want to pay a
targeted advertising fee. Since we plan on attracting
many teams over time, the advertising fee would not be low
since we are encouraging teams to leave our site with such
advertising.
Keep in mind, we are
setting up a basic structure at this point. Once that
structure is established and agreements start being made,
there will be many opportunities and concepts that could
come out of it, all of which will be presented to each
participating organization. As the system grows, each new
opportunity for one sponsor or team becomes an opportunity
for many.
Question #3
Within your system design, will there be a royalty or
percentage of each sponsorship sale for procuring the
client?
As a sponsor search
agency, we charge a commission of 10% of all transactions
between you and your teams for agreed upon programs. For
instance, if you set up a voucher program wherein you give
each of your teams a $100.00 voucher for purchase of your
products, then our fee would be $10.00 for each voucher
issued. If you just want us to find teams to sponsor,
then we would expect a 10% commission on any agreement you
sign with a team you select.
