Travel Services Affiliate Program

As an Affiliate Program member your organization will earn commissions on travel and hotel reservations booked for your events.  Your associates and attendees can research and purchase travel services hotel, car and air) worldwide when they visit your organization's Web site.  You can private brand a link customized to your site's design, enabling us to track all reservations and credit your organization with a share of the commissions earned without having to worry about forms, refunds or collections.

This program allows you to market the NCMC Travel Services Travel Products through the use of the NCMC Travel Services’ Affiliate Program logo and website.  All you have to do is sign our affiliate agreement and we’re in business.  Setup takes about a week or less.  If you agree to market the travel products offered by NCMC Travel Services including without limitation lodging, car rental and air ticket products you can earn dollars toward your operational goals. What are the best ways to market your program?  1.  Show the logo with link on as many web pages on your site as possible.  A special ID code will be assigned to your company so we can track your activity and payments. 2. Use the link when you need to book travel, hotel accommodations and rental cars, and 3. Encourage your team members, employees and associates to use the link whenever they need to book these services.  They will save money and help your organization earn rewards.

For all travel products and services booked with NCMC Travel Services through the Affiliation Site during the term of this Agreement, NCMC Travel Services will pay you a commission calculated as set forth below.

(i) You will be entitled a 3% of the gross amount, exclusive of taxes, tax recovery charges, service fees and customer adjustments charged to customers for any consumed NCMC Travel Services lodging booking for which the rental rate is contracted in advance by NCMC Travel Services on a net rate basis (each, a "Net Rate Room"). A room is considered consumed, and the commission earned, upon the check out date and payment by the guest of booking reserved through NCMC Travel Services Affiliation program.

(ii) You will be entitled to a commission of $1.00 per air ticket booking.

You will be entitled to 30% of the lesser of (i) the industry standard commission rate owed to NCMC Travel Services for any booking of a NCMC Travel Services travel product other than a Net Rate Rooms, air tickets or rental cars, and (ii) the amount actually collected by NCMC Travel Services for such booking.

Commissions are paid only on transactions that originate through the Affiliate Site. No commissions shall be paid on subsequent bookings by the same customer unless that subsequent booking is made through the Affiliate Site. NCMC Travel Services shall not offer to your customers any inducements to circumvent the Affiliate Site.

NCMC Travel Services shall pay to you by the 30th (29^th or 28^th of February) of each month following the receipt by company of commissions with respect to travel products previously consumed.

After you’ve submitted your registration and are approved, we will send you a contract by email that you can read and sign.  As soon as we received your signed contract, we will begin the setup process.
