How to
Participate

Sponsor Bank
Below is a description of the basic
programs for sponsors
1. Coupon and Voucher Programs
Make coupons and/or vouchers
available to teams for purchase of your products at a
discount. A team or athlete can sport your logos in
return for a specific dollar amount or you can simply
allow athletes and teams to purchase the coupons or
vouchers for discounted product or service purchases.
Simply indicate that you would like to make coupons or
vouchers available and we will create a program for you.
2. Associate Programs
Associate sponsorship in return for
dollar investment or equivalent product/service trade. A
team or athlete declares its need of affiliate sponsors
and designates the size of the logo they will place on
race car, uniform or other areas. They can negotiate
whatever price for dollar investments and/or product trade
or purchase discounts.
3. Secondary/Primary Programs
Secondary or primary sponsorship in
return for dollar investment or equivalent product/service
trade. A team or athlete can negotiate the sponsorship
services that are available and pay only for the services
desired in return for secondary or primary sponsorship.
Services can include hospitality, promotional programs,
tickets, autograph and trade show attendance, etc.
Or you can donate a specific dollar
amount for secondary and primary sponsorships and
designate the sports in which you'd like to participate.
We will search for the best teams and negotiate terms with
you. You have the right of acceptance and refusal.
All funds are paid through NCMC.
4. Donation Programs
If you are interested in donating
your equipment or products to designated teams in specific
markets, we will allow teams in those markets to apply for
these donations. You have the right of acceptance or
refusal.
5. Affiliate Programs
If you have an affiliate program that
pays commissions to teams that place your affiliate link
on their website, we can set up a program that will enable
teams to earn these commissions. Drive traffic to
your site through the incredible word of mouth advertising
this can generate. Earn new business from the teams
that will also buy from you. If your product is used
by teams, this is a great way to develop product loyalty.
Procedures:
a. Team joins
b. Sponsor joins and signs contract.
Based upon sponsor profile and marketing goals, the sponsor pays retainer of amount they’d like to offer into
the program. All sponsorship payments including discounts
and commissions are paid from this retainer. All amounts
are held in escrow until disbursed to a team.
Reports are sent to the sponsor on a regular basis. Commissions
are paid only after a transaction is consummated (for
product trade) or a sponsorship is agreed upon by
contract.
c. When a new team or sponsor joins, an email is sent to
each of the other parties identifying the opportunity –
teams that want to apply for the opportunity notify NCMC
and pay an application fee
d. If sponsor accepts the application, a contract is
developed and both parties sign the contract.
e. NCMC obtains 10% of the contract paid by the sponsor
from the retainer.
f. All dollar payments are made through NCMC.
g. Sponsorship results and activation verified.
h. Only teams that are assured of participating in a full
season in their sport are eligible for this program.
Un-sponsored teams can only participate in the
Secondary/Primary program. They are also able to
purchase vouchers from sponsors at the sponsors'
discretion.
i. Each week all parties receive a report of any new
opportunities that have become available during the
previous week.
j. Participating teams can designate a limit for each
product service trade transaction.

explore the possibilities?
