PCPAL provides an engaging, more efficient way of getting people trained on Windows 2000, Windows XP and Microsoft Office products including Access, Excel, Word, Frontpage and PowerPoint. Our fully interactive tutorials immerse users in a media rich learning experience that features voice, video and text based instruction. PCPAL tutorials offer you the flexibility of learning at your own pace, in your home or office, without spending the high costs associated with other forms of training.
Each PCPAL tutorial cd-rom program is approximately 5 hours long and is usually divided into 5 lessons. This format is ideal for the classroom environment as a single lesson can be easily completed during a single class period. But it is also suitable for the individual learning on his own schedule.
A simple to use menu system affords easy access to all lessons and even too individual topics within lessons. Progress tracking ensures that you can exit a tutorial, then pick up where you left off at a time that is convenient for you. Additionally, the system will keep track of the progress of multiple users on a single machine.
Because the tutorials are fully interactive, users will be asked to perform actions within the software being taught throughout each lesson. This means "hands-on" training which is the best kind of training possible. An extensive help system provides multiple levels of feedback and ensures that users can never become lost or stuck.
Comprehensive lesson tests enable users to quickly gauge retention levels and review topics related to missed questions. Finally, a useful find feature enables users to reference the tutorials for topics related to a specific keyword.
