Reference from Bo Warburton Bo@Warburton.com

I worked closely with Bob as a co-worker on a variety of projects for over six months from autumn 1999 to spring 2000. I was the technical project manager on a major ($5+ million) project and Senior Business Architect on several minor engagements. His responsibilities included software documentation production and management; Web site copy preparation; software methodology process analysis; proposal development and preparation; and knowledge management analysis and system design. I found him to be an extraordinarily conscientious, results-oriented team player who was always very well-organized and dependable. His intellectual curiosity impressed me profoundly. It enabled him to grasp new concepts quickly and thoroughly. For example, he and I served on a team to refine our corporate methodology. Although he had not been previously trained in the subject matter at hand, he worked overtime to pick it up quickly, eventually making many helpful suggestions based on his experience in the publishing industry. He also proved himself an excellent listener and perceptive participant in the political context. (Our company) was a difficult place in those times, growing quickly and without a strong guiding force at the top. Still, Bob was able to focus on the job at hand and deliver real value to external and internal clients. I would be pleased to work with him again in any context and would hire him in a heartbeat.
