and Telephone Center Office Manager. Installed first computerized
telephone center in Indiana. Worked with IBM 8700 and AS/400 networks.
Designed and installed first outbound telemarketing department at UPS
which became the model for the national program. Wrote scripts, developed
procedures, hired and trained employees, wrote and implemented department
Master Operating Plan. Worked
in Europe (Germany, England, and Spain) installing first UPS LAN in
Europe. Also designed computer programs for future department upgrades in
those countries. Have
functioned as Indiana District Telecommunications Manager, Telephone
Center Office Manager, and Area Sales Manager. Have extensive experience
in Payroll, Delivery Information, and Loss Prevention
departments. As
Telephone Center Office Manager obtained first 6-second average answer in
Midwest Region three times during December of 1993. Conducted
UPS Courtesy Plus training classes for UPS Telephone Center

completed Army Basic Training and Radio Teletype training including Morse
