We would like to present a program that would enable your organization to outsource fund raising activities for a set period of time.  The program we are suggesting would enhance your ability to develop funding partnerships with companies that would like to pursue the goals of your organization.  Client Standards NCMC does not pursue government grants with the exception of organizations that quality for FEMA grants such as AGFP grants NCMC is a secular company – we do not work for religious organizations – we are non-denominational NCMC supports only organizations seeking to assist young people or non-denominational youth organizations NCMC does not work on funding for start ups or for-profit businesses.  There are too few grants for such types of organization.  We would suggest you contact the Small Business Administration NCMC works only for 501 (c) (3) tax status organizations or youth organizations that are applying for such status Funding Acquisition Services Funding Acquisition Services will focus on researching companies, their foundations and gifting programs.  We will consult with the client and find the best companies with an eye toward qualification standards and proposal guidelines.  We will recommend the best opportunities and provide a quote for proposal creation and submission.  Packages and Prices Packages will be based on your selection of time periods for our services.  Sponsor deals often take a significant amount of time in terms of duration between first contact and sponsorship agreement.  We suggest that your initial package be at least 6 months in duration which gives us enough time evaluate your prospects.  Package selection will be broken thusly: 3 months – trial period $300.00 per month payable monthly 1 year - $250.00 per month payable monthly (client can cancel service at any time after 6 months). Grant Proposal Development for Grant Funding Research We will work with you to develop the necessary proposal sections to meet the guidelines for the agencies and organizations found in the Grant Funding Research Service.  A cost estimate will be provided at time of reporting to you the Grant Funding Research results.  We will draft a recommended strategy for these organizations so you can develop what you want to seek from each agency.  We will develop your proposals and submit them online for you and/or prepare hard copy mailer master documents so you can mail them from your location in cases where online application is not available.  These services will be priced depending on an estimate of the time involved.  We will work off of a retainer and will budget over time if you pay by credit card.
2. Grant Proposal Review If you have a completed proposal and would like to have a grant review writer look over it, we will charge a fee of $100.00 for such review.  We will also evaluate the guidelines of the funding source and evaluate the proposal from these guidelines to ensure you are in compliance.
