            Option #1 - One (1) Spot -Ten (10) Original & Repeat Cablecasts - $33,000.00 Net

            Option #2 - Two (2) Spots - Twenty (20) Original & Repeat Cablecasts - $66,000.00 Net

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

 -     The NHRA Sport Compact drag racing series features the top names competing on the quarter mile circuit.  During the 2006 season, records will be set throughout the country, both on the track and in the grandstands.  The NHRA Sport Compact series will lead the way in the fastest growing market in the motorsports industry.

PROGRAM BENEFITS:

-      Client will receive, on ESPN2, during the 2006 season:

Option #1 - Ten (10) original and ten (10) repeat Cablecasts.  (A minimum total of twenty (20) Cablecasts)

Option #2 - Ten (10) original and ten (10) repeat Cablecasts. (A minimum total of twenty (20) Cablecasts)

-      Client will receive, on ESPN2, during the 2006 season:

Option #1: Ten (10) original and ten (10) repeat Commercial Spots.  (A minimum total of twenty (20) Spots)

Option #2: Twenty (20) original and twenty (20) repeat Commercial Spots. (A minimum total of forty (40) Spots)

-      Client will receive, on ESPN2, during the 2006 season:

Option #1 - Ten (10) original and ten (10) repeat Closing Show Billboards. (A minimum total of twenty (20) Closing Show Billboards)
