Concepts/Baja Bob Motor sports Marketing Program
The Opportunity
New Century Marketing Concepts, in conjunction with Baja Bob and AdPro Group USA, has developed a distribution and promotional package that will enable both sponsors, sports teams and race teams to develop income opportunities. The race teams will promote the Baja Bob product on their racecars, uniforms and race gear in order to build brand awareness for the product in their geographical area. The Sponsor will sell and distribute the Baja Bob products in retail outlets that have agreed to participate in the program. In return, NCMC will share the promotional budget with the team.
For the Sponsor
Sports Sponsors involved in this program are companies that sell and/or distribute beverages through retail and other means. This would include grocery stores and their chains, restaurants, nightclubs and beverage distributors. Their involvement requires their purchasing and/or selling retail or wholesale the Baja Bob product line. As a participant in this program, the company can designate an associated race or sports team who will promote the Baja Bob product/s share of the profits on all sales paid by the sponsor. In certain cases, leasing arrangements can be coordinated by New Century Marketing Concepts to help facilitate product purchase and sponsorship.
For the Sports Team
Race teams and other sports teams can generate income for their organizations by promoting the Baja Bob brands on racecars, at stadiums, etc. When an associated sponsor places an order for the Baja Bob products under the NCMC program on behalf of the team, the team will obtain a 2.5% commission on the sale. If your team has a relationship with a grocery chain, restaurant chain, night club chain or any company that has a need to use or sell a mixed drink product like Baja Bob's, we can help you put together a program.
If you believe your organization could benefit from the sale of Baja Bob products in your geographical area, the first thing to do is fill out the Baja Bob Promotional Program Application below. This form will initiate the following course of events: First, we will send you a presentation to give to your promotional partners to present to them the Baja Bob products, pricing sheets, etc. You should use these materials to convince your promotional partner to participate in the program by purchasing the Baja Bob product line for sale in their business locations.
Sponsor
If you are a sponsor or qualifying institution interested in selling the Baja Bob product line, you will receive a presentation to give to your existing or potential promotional partners in order to present to them the Baja Bob products, pricing sheets, etc. You should use these materials to convince your promotional partner/s to participate in the program by placing the Baja Bob logo on their car or stadium signage and perform other product promotions.
b. Obtain Approval
If your sponsor agrees to participate in the program, just fill out the forms which will be sent with your presentation, ensure you have corporate approval and send them to New Century Marketing Concepts. Begin Selling
The sales effort will be critical. Promotional materials will be provided by Baja Bob and New Century Marketing Concepts and made available to the promotional partners. The team and sponsor should undertake efforts to promote the Baja Bob products by means of signage and other initiatives to be agreed upon by the parties. These efforts are critical to brand awareness of the Baja Bob products and will encourage fans to purchase and consume the products. Place Orders
In order to be considered as part of the program, all orders shall be placed at the NCMC/Baja Bob web site using a secure connection. Each order includes a promise to pay all orders within 30 days of invoice payable to New Century Marketing Concepts.
Order Processing
New Century Marketing Concepts will place the order with the manufacturer to be delivered to the requested address on the order form. The party that places the order will be given 30 days to pay for the order with payment made to New Century Marketing Concepts.
Fulfillment
The manufacturer will fulfill the order and have the product delivered to the ordering party. Billing will include shipping charges.
Invoicing
New Century Marketing Concepts will invoice the ordering party for the product at the agreed upon amount.
Commission Payment
New Century Marketing Concepts will receive payment for the product and pay their invoice to Baja Bob whereupon, the agreed upon commission will be paid by New Century Marketing Concepts to the sports team.
