The Sponsor Agency Service provides
the following menu of services for sports or entertainment sponsors.
Once you select the services you’d like for us to fulfill, we will
consult with you on your goals and develop a pricing structure for the
selected services.
Property Acquisition Services
We’ll evaluate sponsorship proposals
that you receive and seek out other teams and/or athletes and
entertainers that might be good targets for your company. We will
create a matrix to compare all potential properties (apples to apples)
and help you make a decision that fits your marketing plan and budget
and we’ll work with you to plan all marketing and hospitality
activities.
Proposal Evaluation Services
We’ll evaluate sponsorship proposals
that you receive. We will create a matrix to compare all potential
properties (apples to apples) and help you make a decision that fits
your marketing plan and budget; and we’ll work with you to plan all
marketing and hospitality activities. We will do a preliminary
evaluation of every proposal for a fee of $2.00 per proposal. Those not
selected will receive a rejection letter or a letter telling them how to
improve their proposals for your company if we feel they have promise.
We will select the best proposals that meet your criteria and perform a
second evaluation based upon property valuation standards and report to
you the value of each property in terms of dollars that we feel
represents a Return on Investment. Prices for those selected, because
of the additional necessary work to do a thorough evaluation will be
$75.00 per property.
Marketing Plan Integration Services
As you select properties for
sponsorship, we will work with you to plan all marketing and promotional
activities involving each property. We will define needed benefits and
negotiate with the property the best method of delivery. We will
identify future costs and necessary manpower to perform all activities
and select service partners on your behalf. We would price hourly
services hourly on a retainer basis. Hourly fee for this service would
be $50.00 per hour. These prices do not include incidental expenses for
travel, hotels and meals which will be billed to the client at cost
through an expense account and expense retainer.
Marketing Plan Development Services
We will work with you at the outset
of your sponsorship program development to identify how sponsorship will
integrate with your existing marketing plan. We would price hourly on a
retainer basis. Hourly fee for this service would be $50.00 per hour.
These prices do not include incidental expenses for travel, hotels and
meals which will be billed to the client at cost through an expense
account and expense retainer.
Hospitality Planning Services
We will work with you at the outset
of your sponsorship program development to identify how hospitality
services will integrate with your existing marketing plan. We would
price services hourly on a retainer basis. Hourly fee for this service
would be $50.00 per hour. These prices do not include incidental
expenses for travel, hotels and meals which will be billed to the client
at cost through an expense account and expense retainer.
Hospitality Management Services
We can also work with you to plan
all hospitality services and with your employees to ensure that all
individuals that have a role in hospitality with clients are trained and
know their responsibilities. We would price services hourly on a
retainer basis. Hourly fee for this service would be $50.00 per hour.

Sponsor/Property Liaison Services
We will work with you to liaise
between your company and sponsored properties to ensure all planned
activities that involve the properties happen on time with a high level
of service. We would price services hourly on a retainer basis. Hourly
fee for this service would be $50.00 per hour. These prices do not
include incidental expenses for travel, hotels and meals which will be
billed to the client at cost through an expense account and expense
retainer.
Sponsorship Metrics Development and
Planning
We will work with you to develop the
appropriate metrics which will measure the Return on Investment on your
sponsorships on an on going basis so adjustments can be made. We would
price services hourly on a retainer basis. Hourly fee for this service
would be $50.00 per hour. These prices do not include incidental
expenses for travel, hotels and meals which will be billed to the client
at cost through an expense account and expense retainer.
